Shipping Policy

We want your Azar Aroma signatures to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery time

Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take a little longer.

4. Order tracking

You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. You can also view your order status anytime from your account page.

5. Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions or other factors beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.

6. Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and re-shipping due to an incorrect address may incur an additional charge.
